Bob understands that for most people buying or selling a home is their biggest financial transaction, and stands ready to make the experience as smooth, pleasant and rewarding as possible.
A California native, Bob earned a BA from U.C. Berkeley and a JD from Loyola Law School. He practiced law and then worked as a screenwriter in Hollywood. Eventually, Bob worked with Owner/Broker Tim Foy to sell a family home in Palo Alto, and then jumped at the opportunity to join Tim at Midtown.
Bob believes every client is his most important client, and puts them at ease with his businesslike, yet friendly style. Bob’s legal background benefits his clients in terms of understanding complex contracts and negotiating great deals for them. Equally important is his extensive knowledge of the Bay Area housing market from the Silicon Valley to San Francisco.
If you’re selling, Bob has access to Midtown Realty’s team of dedicated contractors, landscapers, and interior designers to help prepare your property for sale. Your property will be marketed locally and internationally, both digitally and in print, using all the latest technologies to capture the widest possible buyer pool. Bob will then negotiate a great deal for you, and stay on top of every detail until closing.
If you’re buying, Bob will extensively research the market, personally help you find the perfect property, skillfully negotiate the best possible deal, and follow through every step of the way until you’re in your new home.
Bob’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, and the State Bar of California.
