Katie has lived in the Bay Area for the last ten years. After growing up in Connecticut, she moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA and graduated with honors in just three years with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then moved to Palo Alto and began working at Starbucks, becoming a regional hiring and training manager. After learning everything she could from this corporate giant, she transitioned into real estate under the tutelage of Timothy Foy, broker and owner of Midtown Realty, Inc. She speaks conversational Chinese and Spanish, is certified by the California Association of Realtors as a condo specialist, and is an experienced transaction coordinator and leasing agent.
